Dear Working Parent,

You know how difficult it is to find a quality after-school program. Most programs are little more than glorified babysitting services with no structured plan to improve your child's health, self-esteem, behavior, confidence, focus, manners, leadership skills or self-discipline.

Worry no more - your child can enjoy a fun, safe, structured, top-quality Martial Arts program at Tigers Black Belt Academy!

At our After-School Program your child will get into great shape physically and learn valuable self-defense skills. But that's just the beginning.

 A Structured Learning Environment
If you've ever walked into other after-school programs and felt like "the lunatics were running the asylum", you'll be very pleased when you visit The Tigers Black Belt Academy.
Unlike with many other programs, at The Tigers Black Belt Academy your child is always supervised and required to follow a strict code of behavior with a clear purpose: Successful learning and character development.

Fun Daily Activities. Each day your child will participate in:

• An intensive Martial Arts class, separated by age group and level of experience to ensure your child's optimal progress
• An engaging Life Skills Lesson focusing on Personal Success (covering everything from Time Management to Dealing With Bullies and Strangers)
• Reading and Study time
• Invigorating Exercise and Play time where children are carefully supervised.

Eligible Students:
Boys and girls in kindergarten through 8th grade. This exclusive program is limited to 15 children. Returning children from last year who are in good standing will automatically have a space reserved.

Hours, tuition, and other details

Hours: The Before-School Program runs from 7:00 AM ~9:00 AM.
         The After-School Martial Arts Program runs from 2:30pm (or whatever time the school bus drops off your child) until parent pick-up no later than 6:00pm.

Tuition: The weekly tuition payment includes Martial Arts Training, supervised Homework and Reading time, and all additional structured activities.

Initial Fee (Paid with first month's tuition): $119 includes a complete martial arts uniform

Belt Promotion Tests: The Tae Kwon Do requirements are divided into eight different belt levels and each belt is divided into two different stripe levels to encourage a sense of accomplishment. Belt promotion tests are held every two month and cost an additional $50
Non-school days and emergency closure days may be purchased at a rate of $40 per day if programs and space are available.
Half Days and Early Release Days are  rate of $15 ($7⁵⁰ /hr) per day if programs and space available.
Late pick-up (After 6:00 pm)
Late fees will be charged for children remaining after 6:00 p.m.
The office clock is used to determine lateness. The late fee schedule is as follows:
6:01 - 6:05 …………..$1
6:06 - 6:10 …………..$3
6:11 - 6:15 …………..$6
6:16 - 6:20 …………..$10
6:21 - 6:25 …………..$15
6:26 - 6:30 …………..$21
All monies are due and payable to the staff remaining with your child upon parent’s arrival. We realize that there are emergencies and unexpected situations; however, your communication and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

We accept students with or without previous martial arts experience.
